The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP), with proven expertise in developing, deploying, and optimizing generative AI models. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models using frameworks such as GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or similar.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.

- Perform data preprocessing, augmentation, and preparation for training generative models.

- Research and implement novel techniques to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and performance.

- Monitor and analyze model outputs, identifying and addressing issues such as bias, hallucinations, or inconsistencies.

- Stay updated with advancements in AI and generative technologies, applying relevant innovations to projects.

- Document technical processes, workflows, and research findings for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 3-8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on generative models.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred) and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning architectures, and reinforcement learning.

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or multimodal generative systems.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and MLOps tools for scalable deployment.

- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and responsible AI development.

Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
