SAP Product Lifecycle Management Developer - Implementation & Configuration (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Consultant to support the end-to-end product lifecycle management process, from product design to service and retirement. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP PLM modules, hands-on configuration skills, and integration knowledge with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure SAP PLM solutions to support product lifecycle processes.

- Manage product data, BOM (Bill of Materials), change management, and engineering records.

- Work on Document Management System (DMS) integration for storing and managing product-related documents.

- Configure Recipe Development (RD), Engineering Change Management (ECM), and Variant Configuration (VC).

- Ensure smooth integration of SAP PLM with MM, PP, QM, and CAD/PDM systems.

- Support compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Optimize collaborative product development and innovation processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PLM-related issues.

- Conduct user training and documentation.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) - Strong expertise in managing product lifecycles

- BOM (Bill of Materials) & ECM (Engineering Change Management) - End-to-end configuration experience

- Document Management System (DMS) - Experience in document storage and retrieval in SAP PLM

- SAP PLM Recipe Development & Variant Configuration - Hands-on experience

- Integration Expertise - SAP MM, PP, QM, and CAD/PDM systems

- Compliance & Regulatory Requirements - Understanding of industry-specific product compliance standards

- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving - Strong debugging and configuration skills

- Good Communication & Stakeholder Management
