CMS Architect - .Net/C# (12-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Define the technical architecture for all features and enhancements in the Optimizely CMS system.

- Act as a technical advisor to team members and stakeholders to ensure best practices in development and design.

Solution Design :

- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and propose scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration of CMS with enterprise systems and other technical platforms.

- Document business logic and data contracts between systems, ensuring clarity on where logic resides and championing reusability.

Integration and Collaboration :

- Work with data and other technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with the enterprise architecture.

- Advise and document the most appropriate integration patterns between systems.

- Represent the CMS team in architecture forums and governance processes.

Technology and Tools :

- Collaborate with tech leadership to select tools and platforms that meet business needs and align with enterprise standards.

- Lead technology and vendor selection processes.

Continuous Improvement :

- Coordinate and provide impact analysis for significant changes while estimating efforts for planning purposes.

- Support the ongoing development and evolution of the CMS ecosystem to enhance Warner Leisure's digital strategy.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience as a Technical Architect, with expertise in Optimizely CMS.

- Solution architect for CMS platforms

- Prior experience on CMS integration with third party systems

- Implementation, configuration of CMS platforms

- Development/Tech background is expected - i.e. Microsoft tech stack such as .net, c#, SQL, API's

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns.

- Experience working with data teams, including familiarity with master data domains and data governance.

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Excellent documentation and communication skills.

- Familiarity with modern tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance CMS functionality and integrations.

- Experience working in cross-functional teams and participating in architecture forums.
