Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
- Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide support in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
- Generate daily reports of calls and interviews, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions.
- Utilize HR software and tools for efficient HR management; experience with Zoho Recruit is a plus.

- Bachelordegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 months of experience in an HR role, preferably in a tech or related industry.
