Develop and implement sales strategies to add new client accounts and achieve revenue targets.
Participate in budget planning, finalization for marketing and sales.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create campaigns that align with sales objectives.
Work with prospecting team and SDRto define ICP, plan outbound across various mediums.
Plan trade show participation in depth to ensure maximum ROI generation.
Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and work with CEO and other C-Suites to improve the numbers.
Use CRM tools and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate business analysts in conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and client needs.
Participate in planning and hiring SDRand BDEin North America, Europe and Gulf region.
End-to-EndSales Process Management:
Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, client meetings, nurturing, proposal development, solution presentation, negotiations, and closing.
Work closely with business analysts and technical teams to develop tailored technology solutions that meet clients needs.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of proposals and other sales-related documents.
ProposalDevelopment Business Solutions:
Lead the preparation of business proposals, RFPs, and other sales documents to present the companys services and technical solutions effectively.
Work with technical teams to understand client requirements and create solutions that address their business challenges.
Deliver clear and impactful presentations to potential clients.
ClientRelationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales , up sales and cross sales.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for acquiring new clients.
Act as a point of contact for client escalations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Leadership Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse sales team, including business development executives, lead generation executives, and business analysts.
Set goals and devise strategies with the in-house digital marketing team.
Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment within the sales team.
Requirements
Required Skills and competencies
Education:
Graduate. MBA (preferably in Sales/Marketing/IT Management) or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in international sales management role within the IT services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
At least 5+ years of experience of Sales in US/UK/Europe/Gulf countries.
Have closed and handled accounts with Annual relationship value over $1Million.
Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth.
Strong experience in lead generation, nurturing and closure, business development, and client relationship management.
Expertise in writing and reviewing business proposals, preparing deliverables, and providing technical solutions to clients.
Experience in handling a multiple people from Business Analyst, SDR, digital marketing domains.
Good to have - Possess B1/B2, UK or Schengen visa.
Good to have - experience of overseas travel to US, UK and Europe and Gulf countries for closing deals, participating in trade shows.
TechnicalSkills:
In-depth understanding of IT solutions and services, including software development, cloud computing, cyber security, and IT consulting.
Knowledge of CRM systems, sales automation tools, and sales performance analytics.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
