Coddle Technologies - MERN Stack Lead (5-7 yrs)

We are seeking a MERN Stack Lead with 4-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. If you excel in end-to-end project handling, leading in-house teams, and client handling, this is the role for you!

- Proven expertise in the MERN stack.

- Strong experience in managing and delivering projects from start to finish.

- Leadership skills to guide and mentor the in-house team.

- Excellent communication skills for seamless client interactions.

- Lead and mentor a team of MERN Stack Developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver successful projects.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.

- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB.

- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

- Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
