The work:
The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.
As a member of the COE Avanade Analytics team, you will equip Accenture people with solutions to meet their sales reporting needs, by:
Managing access to tools such as Power BI dashboards, and Anaplan. Assess potential systems issues and bugs in MS Dynamics, Power BI dashboards, and Anaplan. Correcting excessive permissions and gaps in access.Training users on tool functionality.Collaborate with the Analytics COE, CIO DevOps, Avanade sales support and other end users to prioritize enhancement requests and resolve open issues.Promoting tool adoption, in collaboration with the Avanade Analytics teams.Communicating the benefits and uses of tools to end-usersContributing to the continuous improvement of the Tools & Reporting process.Assist the Lead with data visualization and introduce infographics in reporting dashboards to facilitate storytelling.
Qualifications

Must have:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in information systems, analytics or similar fieldFive or more years of experience doing similar work.Intermediate Excel skillsAdvanced proficiency in MS Dynamics or Power BICuriosity, creativity, a collaborative attitude, and attention to detail.Data visualization for sales, pricing, finance and related functionsExcellent oral and written communication in EnglishStrong collaboration and facilitation skillsAbility to explain technical information to senior, non-technical users.Extra credit if you have:
Masters degree in a technical fieldUnderstanding of sales processes and technologyProject management experienceQuality assurance experienceAbility to work remotely with minimal supervision in a global environment.You may also need:
