The UI/UX Lead will play a crucial role in shaping the overall user experience of digital products and ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of users. Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of intuitive user interfaces (UI) and engaging user experiences (UX) across various digital platforms and products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and designers to define user requirements and translate them into design concepts. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively. Define and maintain UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives and align UI/UX strategies accordingly. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously improve the user experience. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 6-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and solutions. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience with user research techniques, including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile Methodology and working in cross-functional teams. Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation in design. Business Hour

The expectation would be to start late and cover EST time until 12 PM

Hybrid Working:Minimum 4 days from office Monday to Thursday
Friday is flexible but in case of business need and high demand, the manager may request to be present in the office. Location
