Qualifications And Skills
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management
Strong knowledge of operations, BPO, and call center processes
Experience in international operations and sales management
Proven track record in team management and client relations
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
