Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence within the Jewellery industry.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers of Jewellery.
3. Build and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline, focusing on long-term relationships with Jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers of Jewellery.
4. Lead negotiations and close deals with B2B customers to drive revenue growth.
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to B2B customers.
7. Manage all Sales Operations by coordinating with various internal departments and servicing all retail Jewellery who are part of the business programs.
8. Source information from all stakeholders and maintain proper MIS, delivering weekly and monthly reports to the management team.
9. Attend trade shows & exhibitions, manage company and associate booths, and generate leads to expand the client base.
10. Build and maintain a proper database of jewellers, manufacturers and follow the processes of the sales pipeline.
11. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
Key Skills:
1.B2B sales and marketing expertise. Mandatory from b2b Jewellery industry only. Precious metal logistics is preferred but not mandatory
2.Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3.Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends.
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
5.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
6.Mandatory: B2B sales (Gold & Silver)
