Develop and enforce IT policies related to Microsoft systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company regulations. Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other enterprise applications. Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Train and support end-users on Microsoft tools and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MS technologies with business needs and drive digital transformation initiatives. Stay updated on emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements to optimize IT infrastructure.
