Cluster Manager- Litigation

• Initiate legal action for 60+ Delinquent Cases
• Visit customers on all 90+ Cases and normalize them through proper execution of legal tools as per monthly recovery target
• Initiation of Sarfaesi, Execution Petitions, Cheque bounce cases etc.
• Empanelment and Management of Legal Vendors
• Responsible for routine legal to ensure compliance with Company's policies, internal control, procedure and applicable laws and regulations
• Sound knowledge of drafting, vetting, all types of agreements, (including lease, leave & license) and other documents;
• Well Conversant with Litigation. Attending court hearings
• Visiting Police Stations to resolve issues
• Handle cases filed against the company / issue reply to notices received.
