Cluster Manager

Position Overview :

We are looking for vibrant and dynamic fresh graduates who will be collaborating with bank branch relationship managers to facilitate the acquisition of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• To support and engage with Branch resources to acquire more customers through Bank channel
• Collaborate closely with the bank team, including Cluster Heads, Branch Heads, and Channel employees, to enhance productivity in bank employees
• Responsible for suggesting and encouraging regular recognition and reward initiatives to motivate the teams and boost sales
• Guide the bank channel team to meet targets for branches and clusters, focusing on both collective as well as individual achievements

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Any field
• Good communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a target-driven environment
