About the job:

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across the cluster.

- Recruit, train, and mentor sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture that encourages accountability and collaboration.

- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, understand competitive landscapes, and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and optimize sales processes.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Proven experience (5+ years) in a sales leadership role, preferably in a cluster or regional capacity.

- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business performance.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
