Hiranandani Financial Services - Cluster Business Manager (3-5 yrs)

- We are looking for a Cluster Business Manager to drive the Secured Business Loans portfolio in the Varanasi region.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business performance, ensuring revenue and profitability targets, and expanding the branch network.

Roles and Responsibilities.

- Manage the Secured Business Loans portfolio for the assigned cluster.

- Guide and support Area Managers in formulating and executing strategic plans for their respective areas.

- Ensure achievement of overall revenue targets on a monthly basis through various revenue sources, including processing fees, cross-sell opportunities, and yield management.

- Drive profitability targets across all product lines within the region.

- Ensure branch profitability by maintaining Fee Income - Branch Cost, as per the branch scorecard.

- Lead branch network expansion, including identifying potential markets and planning network growth.

- Develop and implement strategies to explore new market opportunities and untapped business avenues.

- Collaborate with Business Heads to launch new products and enhance revenue generation.

- Design and execute sales, distribution, and disbursement strategies for the region.

- Conduct sales personal discussions (PDs) for all cases within the region to evaluate customer profiles and ensure quality sourcing.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Experience: Proven track record in Secured Business Loans or similar financial products.

- Leadership & Strategy: Strong ability to guide Area Managers and execute regional business strategies.

- Financial Acumen: Expertise in revenue generation, profitability management, and branch performance tracking.

- Market Expansion: Experience in identifying new business avenues and launching products in new markets.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess loan applications and conduct personal discussions (PDs) for customer profiling.

- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients
