Financial and Non-Financial Responsibilities

• Taking leadership in organizing the marketing activities with team and Identifying untapped markets/areas for business penetration on an ongoing basis.
• Track business performance metrics for the territory assigned and conduct regular performance reviews against the assigned target
• Maintaining good and decent behavior in dealing with the customers and train teams accordingly. Maintain good relationships with high value customers by paying regular visits and ensuring a long term association with these customers.
• Portfolio Management and enhancement to ensure a smooth co-ordination for the teams with all allied departments. (Credit, Technical, Legal and Ops)
• Should have a clear understanding of deviations and approving the deviation cases as per authority given by the Bank. The deviation cases should be approved with due diligence by checking all requisite parameters.
• Showing and presenting all information collected for any case in healthy and clear terms, not to present any information related to customer, property, credit check, reference etc. about any customer while presenting the case of profile in visiting or appraising the case.
• Ensure team is well equipped and updated with sales process, strategies and incentive plans. Team should be clearly aware and understand the incentive structure till the last person and strive to achieve the same.
