About the Role:

As a Lead React.js Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and high-performance front-end applications, leading a team of developers, and working with cutting-edge technologies. This is a leadership role requiring strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of dynamic web applications with React.js and Next.js.
• Architect scalable front-end systems and ensure best practices in React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and implementation strategies.
• Work closely with the back-end team to integrate APIs (especially GraphQL).
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Skills & Experience Required:

• React.js and Next.js expertise.
• Strong knowledge of GraphQL, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality code.
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.
