Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable Java applications. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Java, object-oriented programming, and experience with modern software development practices. You will work closely with other developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Software Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and systems.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

- Perform thorough testing (unit testing, integration testing) and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Implement RESTful APIs and web services, integrating them with other components and systems.

- Optimize application performance for scalability, responsiveness, and resource efficiency.

Architecture & Design :

- Collaborate with architects and other senior developers to design scalable and high-performance system architectures.

- Apply best practices in object-oriented design, design patterns, and software engineering principles.

- Participate in the code review process and mentor junior developers on design and implementation.

Collaboration & Agile Practices :

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, QA Engineers, UX/UI Designers).

- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and tools.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, practices, and standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, security, and functionality.
