Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst who can provide insights on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will have mathematical and statistical expertise, along with natural curiosity and a creative mind.

Your KRAs will include the following:

• Serve as the lead data strategist by identifying and incorporating new datasets that enhance product functionality, while closely collaborating with the engineering team on data product development.
• Developing a complete data architecture, including data warehouses/lakes, and connecting them to BI tools such as Power BI.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, along with interpreting it with clear objectives in mind.
• Improving data gathering processes to incorporate all pertinent data for building analytical systems.
• Proposing solutions and strategies to address business challenges.
• Researching solutions to overcome data analytics challenges.
• Communicating complex ideas verbally and visually in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identifying relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs and collecting large structured and unstructured datasets and variables.
• Finding the best suited algorithms to train the model according to business requirements.
• Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques.
• Creating procedures and tools to track and assess the success of models and the accuracy of the data.
• Understanding the market trends and the latest methodologies used to incorporate the same in the company .

YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

• 4-6 years of experience as Data Analyst.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
• Good experience in Natural Language Processing, Object Character Recognition and deep learning concepts.
• Experience in Deploying ML models to the infrastructure.
• Good knowledge in Classification and Non-classification Algorithms.
• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
• Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
