Salesforce Delivery Manager

Are you an experienced Delivery Manager/Project Manager passionate about leading end-to-end implementation projects? At Cloudwerx, were looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and play a critical role in driving successful project outcomes.

Location -Pune, India (Hybrid for Pune-based candidates, Remote Work Options Available for candidates from other locations)

About the Role:

• As a Delivery Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects, ensuring they meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• You'll work closely with onshore and offshore teams, collaborating with external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
• In this role, you'll define the working rhythm of the project, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Your leadership will ensure seamless communication, alignment, and motivation across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project deliverables within defined constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Ensure all project contracts and dependencies are in place.
• Develop, document, and communicate project plans and logs (Risk, Issue, Assumptions, Dependencies).
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices.
• Monitor project performance and reporting, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage changes effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
• 5+ years of experience delivering/supporting digital business transformations.
• 2+ years of experience working as a Project Manager within the Salesforce platform.
• PMP, PRINCE II, or CSM certification required.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification is a plus.
