Team Leader Building Material Sales

Job Description: Field Sales Executive/Team Leader for projects Sunanda & Saint-Gobain Products under roles of Channelplay

Location: Chennai, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

1. Visit dealers, distributors, merchants, and retailers to promote Sunanda/Saint-Gobain products.
2. Generate leads and identify potential clients for both product portfolios.
3. Drive the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and business growth for Sunanda/Saint-Gobain.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of Sunanda/Saint-Gobain products.
6. Regularly report sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management.
7. Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and sales volumes for both brands.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Prior experience in building material sales, such as UPVC doors, paints, wall putty, waterproofing chemicals, plywood, cement, tiles, glass, gypsum boards, or other construction materials.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Minimum graduate (preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience).

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹34,000 in-hand per month.
• Travel Allowance: ₹200 per day.
• Incentives: Based on performance.
