• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms at scale.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to identify business problems and propose technical solutions using machine learning techniques.
• Build and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Conduct experiments to improve the performance, scalability, and robustness of machine learning models.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for machine learning and software engineering.
