JDEdwards Functional Consultant - CSMS Module (6-10 yrs)

Key Skills and Expertise :

- Deep understanding of the JD Edwards CSMS module functionalities.

- Experience with service contract management, warranty management, and service order processing.

- Knowledge of service billing and revenue recognition.

- Understanding of equipment management and service history tracking.

- Ability to analyze and document service-related business processes.

- Experience in conducting workshops and gathering requirements.

- Knowledge of industry best practices for service management.

- Ability to configure the CSMS module to meet specific business requirements.

- Experience with setting up service contracts, warranties, and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Knowledge of item master setup for service-related items.

- Understanding of how the CSMS module integrates with other JD Edwards modules (Sales Order Management, Inventory Management, Finance).

- Experience with integrating CSMS with third-party service management systems.

- Ability to create and customize reports related to service activities.

- Experience with analyzing service data to identify trends and improve performance.

- Experience in developing test plans and conducting user acceptance testing.

- Ability to create and deliver user training materials.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CSMS module.

- Experience in providing ongoing user support.
