This role involves designing impactful models, implementing Generative AI and RAG approaches, and guiding a talented team to deliver scalable and efficient AI/ML projects.

Technical Leadership :

- Mentor and provide guidance to a team of AI/ML engineers.

- Lead project planning, architecture design, and technical reviews.

AI/ML Model Development :

- Design and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

- Conduct feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model validation.

Generative AI and Advanced Solutions :

- Build and enhance Generative AI models like LLMs and GANs.

- Explore innovative applications of Generative AI to solve business challenges.

MLOps and Deployment :

- Deploy robust AI/ML models with CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor and maintain production models for scalability and performance.

Collaboration :

- Work with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals.

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units.

Innovation and R&D :

- Stay ahead of AI/ML advancements and best practices.

- Experiment with emerging tools, libraries, and frameworks.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficient in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Strong programming skills in Python and libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.

- Expertise in NLP (e.g , BERT, GPT) or computer vision (e.g , YOLO, OpenCV).

Generative AI :

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and their applications.

Data Engineering :

- Skilled in SQL and tools like Apache Spark.

- Experience building data pipelines and ensuring high data quality.

Cloud and Deployment :

- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and team collaboration.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of reinforcement learning or federated learning.

- Experience optimizing models for IoT or edge devices.

- Expertise in monitoring production models for drift and retraining.
