Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager - Hotel Sales to join our team. This role involves B2C queries while also supporting B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue proactive lead engagement and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert B2C queries across various platforms, including social media leads and direct inquiries.
- Support B2B sales activities, fostering partnerships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
- Make daily cold calls to engage and convert leads generated through social media, digital platforms, and other - Maintain and grow client relationships to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns and promotions.
- Provide regular sales reports, feedback, and market insights to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is a must.
- Proven track record in handling B2C and B2B queries effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Based in Delhi and willing to travel when required.
