Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Integration Consultant to assist us in integrating artificial intelligence platforms, including Gemini, ChatGPT, and other AI tools, into our workflows. The consultant will analyze our existing processes, primarily in Google Sheets, whatsapp etc and design solutions that automate data workflows, generate actionable reviews and reports for management, and enhance team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Assess existing workflows, data management practices, and reporting structures in Google Sheets and other tools.
• • Design and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows and enhance data analysis and reporting.
• • Integrate AI platforms like Gemini, ChatGPT, and similar tools into daily operations to maximize efficiency.
• • Develop automated review and reporting systems tailored to managements needs.
• • Provide training and guidance to the team to ensure seamless adoption of AI tools and methodologies.
• • Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• • Stay updated on emerging AI trends and recommend new tools or strategies.

Qualifications:

• • Proven experience in AI integration, with expertise in platforms like Gemini, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
• • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including scripting (Apps Script) and advanced functions.
• • Demonstrated success in optimizing workflows and automating processes using AI.
• • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and guide non-technical team members.
• • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
• • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Experience:

• • Background in operations, process improvement, or management consulting.
• • Experience working with small to medium-sized enterprises.
• • Knowledge of AI ethics and best practices in implementation.

Commitment:

This is a part-time consulting role requiring (10 hrs a week). Flexibility in working hours is available, but the consultant must be able to meet deadlines and attend occasional meetings during business hours.
