Key Responsibilities :

Atlassian Product Administration :

- Manage and maintain the entire Atlassian suite, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Opsgenie, Bamboo, Trello, and Crowd.

- Configure, customize, and optimize each tool to meet the organization's needs and industry best practices.

- Ensure compatibility, stability, and security across all Atlassian products in both cloud and on-premise environments.

- Design, implement, and refine workflows across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and other Atlassian tools to support business processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored workflows, automation, and processes for project management, service requests, and software development.

- Develop scripts and automation using Jira Automation.

- Implement automation across Atlassian tools to reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency.

- Integrate Atlassian tools with each other and third-party applications (e., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Git, Jenkins).

- Ensure seamless data flow between Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and external systems through APIs and plugins.

- Provide guidance and support for project teams using Jira Software and Trello for Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project methodologies.

- Assist IT teams in managing incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within Jira Service Management.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Atlassian configurations, workflows, integrations, and processes.

- Foster collaboration across teams using Confluence, promoting knowledge sharing and centralized documentation.

- Monitor system performance, perform health checks, and proactively resolve potential issues.

- Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime.

- Serve as the Atlassian subject matter expert, providing training and support to team members.

- Create training materials, best practices, and onboarding guides to empower teams to use Atlassian tools effectively.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.

- Strong background in project management and Agile methodologies.

- Demonstrated experience configuring and managing complex workflows across multiple tools.

- Proficiency with Atlassian tools in cloud and server environments.

- Expertise in Groovy scripting, Jira Automation, REST APIs, and third-party apps like ScriptRunner.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Bamboo or Bitbucket Pipelines.
