Role & responsibilities

• Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors, directing them, and announcing them
• Answering phones: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, and providing basic information
• Providing administrative support: Supporting the sales and property management departments
• Assisting clients: Helping clients with questions or requests
• Scheduling appointments: Making appointments for staff or clients
• Processing bills: Processing bills and helping clients with charges
• Organizing files: Organizing files for billing, customer records, and more
• Participating in marketing: Participating in community marketing strategies
• Making Calls
• Giving information about the project to the leads
• Arranging the site visits
