Job description

- Develop & implement product strategies that align with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.

- Plan and execute product launch activities, including product demos, CME, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement tools

- Manage the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.

- Collaborate with sales and production, to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy.

- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and innovations to stay ahead of the curve.

- Develop the competency of sales team for respective therapy by inhouse training/hands on job

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Science/Pharmacy/Nursing, MBA in marketing is a plus

- Excellent communication Skills (English & Hindi)

- 3-5 year Experience in Product Executive /Assistant -role in Anaesthesia, Critical Care & Urology.
