*Job Title: Business Head / Clinic Manager / Sales Manager*


*Job Overview:*

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and highly skilled professional to oversee the operations of our clinic and sales activities. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry. This position involves managing clinic operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.


*Key Responsibilities:*


1. *Business Strategy and Operations Management:*

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability of the clinic.

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with health regulations.

- Manage clinic budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures.

- Monitor clinic performance and develop corrective actions as necessary to meet organizational goals.

- Ensure the clinic is adequately staffed, and manage hiring, training, and scheduling for all team members.


2. *Sales and Revenue Generation:*

- Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and market expansion.

- Build and nurture relationships with clients to promote services and encourage repeat business.

- Oversee promotional campaigns, special offers, and customer acquisition strategies.

- Drive customer engagement initiatives and upsell additional services or products.

- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement to maximize sales potential.


3. *Team Leadership and Development:*

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of staff including therapists, receptionists, and sales personnel.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure team members meet performance goals.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes high levels of employee engagement and retention.

- Organize training programs to ensure the team is well-versed in the latest services, products, and customer service standards.


4. *Customer Experience and Service Quality:*

- Ensure the clinic provides a high standard of service and customer care.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.

- Implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional service delivery.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.


5. *Marketing and Brand Awareness:*

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategies to boost the clinic's visibility and brand reputation.

- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Participate in promotional events, community outreach, and networking opportunities to enhance the clinic's presence.


6. *Compliance and Reporting:*

- Ensure that the clinic adheres to all regulatory and safety standards.

- Maintain accurate records of operations, finances, and sales data.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on clinic performance, sales figures, and operational challenges.


*Skills and Qualifications:*


- Proven experience in clinic management, business development, and sales management within the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industries.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.

- Excellent sales and marketing skills with a deep understanding of customer needs.

- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, sales forecasts, and operational costs.

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and manage client relationships.

- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day operations efficiently.

- Proficiency in using CRM, MS Office, and other business management tools.


*Education and Experience:*


Any Bachelor Degree.


- At least 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within a clinic, wellness center, or similar environment.
