Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laboratory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring its efficient and effective functioning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing laboratory personnel, quality control, and coordinating clinical research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage and coordinate lab personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Implement and maintain quality control and assurance programs to uphold laboratory standards.
• Collaborate with research teams and healthcare professionals to support clinical trials and research activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Develop, manage, and track laboratory budgets, including procurement and inventory management.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance laboratory capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai and Maharashtra as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in laboratory operations and personnel management.
• Strong understanding of quality control, regulatory compliance, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with clinical research and coordination.
• Experience in budget management and inventory control.
• Ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies in laboratory practices.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
