Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage cashless claims processing for various health insurance schemes such as CGHS, GIPSA, Mediclaim, and Medial.
  
• Coordinate with hospitals to ensure smooth claim settlements and minimize delays.
  
• Process medical bills accurately and efficiently according to company policies.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in TPA (Third Party Administrator) operations or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of cashless claims processing procedures under different health insurance schemes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hospitals and other stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
