- Must be hands-on in Springboot Microservices
- Must Play End-to-End Technology Lead role for the project guiding all the developers
- Must have experience working in any cloud environment
- Must have experience working in any event streaming platform (Kafka/Azure Messaging)
- Must be hands-on in Springboot Microservices

- Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented programing and engineering principles
- Significant experience writing and utilizing autonomous services oriented RESTful API services and performance tuning apps
- Involve in design discussion and closely work with Architect on determining the design
- Involve in analysis, design, code reviews
- Participate in client discussions, represent the customer directors portfolio in leadership meetings
- Ability to write effective unit, integration, and API test
- Implement continuous improvement ideas
- Participate in defect triage meetings
- Generate adhoc reports based on clients requests
- Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging/disruptive technologies
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
