10+ years of experience in IT service management, focusing on CMDB and related technologies. Strong hands-on experience with Snow Software platform (Snow License Manager, Snow Inventory, etc.). In-depth knowledge of configuration management, service management processes, and ITIL best practices. Proven experience with data modeling, configuration management, and integration techniques. Ability to design and implement custom configurations, workflows, and automated solutions. Strong scripting skills and experience with tools such as PowerShell, Python, or other automation frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Previous experience working with retail clients or in a similar industry is a plus.
