We are an Australia based online course creator working with various niches.

About the role

Were looking for an exceptional document formatter, who is great at creating highly visual and presentable documents in Google Docs by following the guidelines provided.

This is a freelance only role. Although for the right person, it could lead to long term work.

Skills Youll Need

• Advanced Google doc formatting skills
• Advanced Canva design skills
• A strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition
• Strong adherence to brand guidelines at all times
• Very good english grammar and spelling skill

Daily Tasks

Here are some of the tasks you’ll be doing:

1. Adding branded elements including logo, backgrounds, frames etc
2. Set font sizes and colours for headings 2,3,4,5,6 and normal text for different heading types.
3. Pick the best layouts to make the google docs content highly presentable and easy to consume.
4. Add images where necessary
5. Add boxes (tables) with appropriate icons for “Pro tips”, “Key insights”, “Action Steps”, “Remember”, "Important", “Other Notes” and other such snippets in a box.
6. Add relevant page breaks where necessary.
