Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Domestic IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting top IT talent within the domestic market. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of various IT technologies and roles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Screening:
   
• Identify and source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes for technical and functional competencies relevant to the job requirements.
2. Recruitment Process:
   
• Conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a seamless interview process.
3. Stakeholder Management:
   
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
4. Talent Pipeline:
   
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Proactively engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships for potential opportunities.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
   
• Ensure all candidate information and recruitment activities are properly documented in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Adhere to organizational policies and employment laws during the hiring process.
6. Market Intelligence:
   
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and the domestic job market.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to provide insights to hiring managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in IT recruitment within the domestic market.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of bulk hiring and contract staffing.
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance.
