Client Service Executive (Female)

What You'll Do:-

• Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.
• Efficiently managing queries and concerns of the Clients.
• Develop and presenting customised solution for the clients needs.
• Understand briefs and coordinate with the creative team.
• Work proactively on client’s queries and needs with the greatest amount of added value by communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of services.
• Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction.
• Designing itineraries, costing and hotel booking..
• Handling end to end travel requirements for the traveler
• Making travel arrangements, Such as Online/Offline Hotel Booking (MICE)
