Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to LMS lending operations.

- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.

- Perform process analysis and document workflows using methods like flowcharts.

- Research and evaluate software, tools, and automation options to enhance LMS operations.

- Create and maintain detailed business requirements documentation, including functional specifications.

- Support solution design by providing insights and requirements to guide the development of effective solutions.

- Assist in the testing and implementation of LMS solutions, ensuring that they meet business needs and operational efficiency.

- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring that requirements are properly understood and implemented.

- Be flexible in working on weekends as needed, ensuring the continuity of LMS operations and business needs.

- Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in business analysis, especially within the lending domain.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology or software development.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC processes.

- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across organizational levels
