Role & responsibilities
Customer Experience
a) Ensuring stock availability at the right place in the right quantity at the right time
b) Analyze data to improve inventory availability
Vendor Experience
a) Manage vendor relationships to ensure an efficient, reliable & operationally inbound flow of goods
b) Measure and improve vendor lead times & reduce operational defects
c) Work closely with the vendor to streamline, improve supply systems & process improvements
d) Plan product transitions along with vendor to better utilise warehouse space
System & automation
a) Support in building scalable & automated system & processes
Inventory Management
a) Maintaining optimum inventory levels
b) Minimise losses by taking actions on unproductive inventory
c) Managing returns
Preferred candidate profile
Education Qualification Post-Graduate/Graduate
Work Experience Min. 2 years experience
Preferred Industry - Retail (Online/Offline), D2C/Quick Commerrce supply chain operations, FMCG/FMCD operations, Logistics (3PL)
