Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records including invoices, sales, and receipts. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Assist in preparing financial reports as required. Perform regular reconciliations of bank and credit card statements. Support other finance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, or similar accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
