Job Summary:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. You should be a trendspotter who stays ahead of industry shifts and a data-driven strategist who uses analytics to optimize performance. This role requires both creativity and analytical skills to craft compelling content and measure its impact effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, and interactive formats) across all social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to ensure maximum brand visibility and - engagement.
- Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve social media performance.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive brand voice.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Experiment with new content formats, trends, and platforms to keep our social presence innovative.
Requirements:
- 1.5 - 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2C & B2B setting.
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and their best practices.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
