QA Performance lead

• 12+ years of experience in non functional testing.
• Experience in programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Perl, Shell scripting, Groovy etc..
• Proven experience in Performance testing using Jmeter, Loadrunner, Blazemeter, Neoload, Jprofiler, glowroot, Datadog, Burpsuite, Kali Linux, Zap tool, Twistlock etc..
• Experience in building automation framework
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience in handling team.
• Experience working on large, complex software projects.
• Complete understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA Methodology.
• Experience in reviewing functional & non functional requirements and identify performance test cases.
• Publish performance analysis reports and conduct review sessions with all the stakeholders.
• Maintain flexible work schedules driven by test environment availability.
• Provide ad-hoc performance testing/load generation for support of development tasks.
• Assist with Troubleshooting & System Tuning.
• Review all performance test artifacts for comment and approval.
• Lead review of actual versus predicted performance. Transaction Profiling & Application Characterization.
• Review testing results, report issues and work with other teams to resolve defects.
• Identify the test environment, test data and access needs.
• Experience with agile methodology and defect management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
