Role & responsibilities

1. Client engagement: Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements, present solutions, and articulate the technical value proposition.
2. Technical presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and workshops to showcase solutions to prospective clients.
3. Proof of concept (PoC): Lead PoC engagements, ensuring technical solutions are successfully implemented during trial phases.
4. Product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide clients with tailored recommendations.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve any technical issues during the sales process.
6. Client relationship management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both externally (clients) and internally (sales and technical teams).
