Responsibilities Your role as a key member of our Domain Team consisting of Company Secretaries and Law Graduates will be - 1. Analyze changes to the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and Secretarial Standards and disseminate them to our client base and the professional community. 2. Prepare documents, checklists, and flowcharts encompassing the existing provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and LODR, 2015 to assist the tech team in building automation. 3. Support the sales team by conducting Product demos. 4. Provide onboarding support to our clients
