Your role as a key member of our Domain Team consisting of Company Secretaries and Law Graduates will be
- Analyze changes to the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and Secretarial Standards and disseminate them to our client base and the professional community
- Prepare documents, checklists, and flowcharts encompassing the existing provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and LODR, 2015 to assist the tech team in building automation
- Support the sales team by conducting Product demos
- Provide onboarding support to our clients
