A genuine interest in backend development and eagerness to engage with all aspects of SaaS platform development. The ability to learn new technologies and frameworks as required. Experience with or willingness to learn about various storage backends like PostgreSQL, Redis, etc A proactive approach to code writing, reading, and review.
