Cleareye - Quality Assurance Lead - Java/Selenium (9-12 yrs)

QA Lead Responsibilities :

- Establish and evolve formal QA processes across projects.

- Define testing standards and strategies.

- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying best practices and developing new tools and processes to ensure the quality.

- Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases.

- Develop test plans and testcases, and execute test cases, automated test scripts (automation and manual).

- Working with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed and agreed upon.

- Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, test status, project progress, issue resolution and strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates.

- Develop and maintain reusable automation test framework for complex applications.

The Candidate should possess:.

- 9+ years of experience in software testing and Agile.

- Experience in leading QA teams (Manual, Automation and Performance).

- Very strong experience in automation testing.

- Experience in web, API, AI testing.

- Experience in any automation framework (preferably -Selenium+TestNG+Java).

- Strong understanding of Framework development & maintenance experience in Selenium (using any language-preferably Java coding) & dynamic Test data/files handling in automation.

- Experience in banking or fintech industry would be added advantage.

- Should be a self-starter with good communication, collaboration and customer facing skills.

- Experience with API Test Automation framework (preferably Python + PyCharm) or using Postman/Rest Assured.

- Good Knowledge of Performance Testing (Jmeter).

- Good knowledge of CI/CD tools.

- Basic cloud knowledge - AWS/Azure.
