Selenium Quality Assurance Lead - Automation Testing (8-14 yrs)

Job Summary :

Consultant will be responsible for the assessment, Selenium based automation for User Acceptance Testing of Blue Planet Inventory in Charter Netops Observability suite of Applications

Blue Planet is looking for an experienced Selenium QA Lead to oversee the execution of quality assurance and testing activities for our enterprise-level software products. As a Selenium QA Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test strategies, leading a team of QA engineers, and ensuring the quality of our products through efficient and effective testing practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in test automation.

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and other relevant technologies.

- Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create test plans.

- Manage test execution and reporting, ensuring timely delivery of test results and any issues are tracked and resolved.

- Ensure that automated tests are integrated into CI/CD pipelines to maintain high-quality releases.

Skills Required :

- 8+ years of experience in QA with at least 5 years specifically in test automation using Selenium

- Proven experience leading QA teams and working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.

Proficient in integrating test automation with version control systems like Git.
