Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understanding customers mechanical or electrical automation needs thoroughly for the project (machine) in coordination with Sales, Design, and Production manager
- Design, develop, test, and maintain automation systems using PLCs such as Allen Bradley Plc, Delta, Mitsubishi Plc, Siemens PLC.
- Program HMI interfaces for industrial automation applications.
- Select and integrate VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) into existing systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with servo motors and other industrial equipment components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration PLC program.
- Monitor and Manage all safety guidelines of the customer while troubleshooting the machine
- Provide clients with technical support online/offline
