Role & responsibilities
- To develop & implementation of safety procedures.
- Lead accident/incident investigation and preparation of CAPA report.
- To conduct internal Audit
- To conduct HAZOP study together with project & production department for any new processes/products introduced in the company
- Responsible for identification of environmental aspects & Impacts & identification of Hazards & Risk.
- Implementation of work permit system follows strictly.
- To stop all unsafe act & unsafe conditions observed.
- Ensure that change control process is strictly followed.
